Our goal is to provide not only spiritual insight but also excellent customer service to any individual seeking our services. This is a nonjudgemental zone where you are free to be who you are. Please offer your reader the same respect by honoring your appointment times, and being in a distraction free environment, as this allows the reader to clearly connect to you and you can receive the best experience. Here we see you as God sees you, with love, care, and compassion, no matter who you are. Thank you for being mindful and we will continue to dedicate ourselves to serving our community in the most positive and uplifting way we can.

• No refunds on tarot readings, missed appointments may be rescheduled once. Client will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of reading. Client will be charged if reading goes over scheduled booking time.

• All Payments are made through Stripe. A pay link will be sent via email and text message. Payment must be completed prior to reading. If payment is not made 30 minutes prior to appointment, and the customer does not pay or respond the appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.

• All readings are scheduled at Pacific Standard Time PST

• Readings are available by phone or zoom appointments, and same day readings without an appointment are on a first come first serve basis and are limited based on availability. 

• Any disrespect of the reader will immediately terminate your session. Be respectful at all times. No refund will be given, and the user will be banned.

• User accounts will be deleted for frequently missed appointments, obscene behavior, or any violation of the readers rights.

• If a customer has a zoom appointment, they must turn their camera on, their face does not need to show but the video must be on. The reading will be terminated if the customer refuses. No refund will be given.

• All photos, videos, and content associated with Legacynetworkhealing.net are the sole property of Erica Robinson and The Legacy Healing Network. This content may not be used for commercial purposes and any copyright infringement will be prosecuted by legal action. You do not have permission to use my face, voice, likeness, or knowlege on any platform without my consent.
